Trustee Leadership Programme - Spring 2019

1st May, 2019 to 6th June, 2019

Created and delivered by Cause4 in partnership with Close Brothers Asset Management and the Clothworkers’ Company, the Trustee Leadership Programme is an enriching career development opportunity that covers the key responsibilities of Trustees, governance and strategic planning, charity finance and fundraising. 

Since its launch in 2014 the programme has gone from strength to strength, and we are now training over 500 participants each year and matching them with charities in need of new Trustees - with over 85% rating the programme as very good or excellent.

Yet, according to the recent Arts Professional Ethics survey, more than 70% of arts organisation employees feel that their employer is at reputational risk through association with a sponsor or major donor whose own reputation is subject to criticism.
