Holborn Community Association is a community anchor organisation based in the heart of Holborn.
The Holborn Community Association was undertaking a major capital redevelopment of its local community centre, which supports a diverse community.
The centre was no longer fit-for-purpose and the charity needed to raise £3.7million to make the building a state-of-the-art community facility.
Our Solution
Cause4 developed a fundraising strategy for the capital project, identifying income targets for different streams and prioritising prospects.
It then created a bold Case for Support and campaign grounded in compelling messaging, that was used as the basis of all approaches for funders.
