Created and delivered by Cause4 in partnership with Close Brothers Asset Management and the Clothworkers’ Company, the Trustee Leadership Programme is an enriching career development opportunity that covers the key responsibilities of Trustees, governance and strategic planning, charity finance and fundraising. 

Since its launch in 2014 the programme has gone from strength to strength, and we are now training over 500 participants each year and matching them with charities in need of new Trustees - with over 85% rating the programme as very good or excellent.

Cause4 is proud to announce that the tickets for the Trustee Leadership Programme Spring 2019 are now available!

This vital programme will be led by Michelle Wright, CEO of Cause4 and supported by leading sector experts such as Kristen Morgan, Head of Corporate Governance at Plan International UK and Elizabeth Rantzen, Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of West London Mental Health NHS Trust. 

Not only will you gain the skills and knowledge to become a Trustee but you will also join our extensive network of Trustee Leadership Programme Alumni who have taken part in courses across the country in Bristol, Glasgow, London and Manchester. Becoming an Alumnus gives you access to networking and further skills development opportunities including our Emerging Chairs Programme.
