An enriching career development opportunity offered over one day, the programme will cover the key responsibilities of Trustees and other regulatory issues. As part of our unique Trustee matching service, you will meet charities looking for Trustees and there will be an opportunity to receive accreditation from the Institute of Leadership Management. You will also receive first-hand insights from senior charity experts and there will be time for Q&A and networking.

You will cover issues including:

• An overview of the charity sector and the importance of Trustees; and
• Governance and strategic planning.

1:30pm-2.30pm: Charity Matching Event

The charity matching event will include an opportunity to meet charity leaders seeking new Trustees over a working lunch.

2.30pm-5.00pm: Modules 3 and 4

You will cover issues including:

•  Financial management; and
• An introduction to fundraising.
