Programmes and Development Coordinator

Lucy joined Cause4 as Programmes and Development Coordinator with over 4 years experience in the visual arts sector – working most previously at The Shirley Sherwood Collection (The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) as Digital Marketing Manager, delivering print and digital content to a global audience. Elsewhere, she has worked in arts research and administration for Artelier Arts Consultancy and as a Creative Producer for Creative Youth Network, supporting the realisation of youth engagement projects. Prior to this, she gained a First Class honours degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Bristol.

Lucy acts as a Young Ambassador for The Royal West of England Academy, Young Advisor for Visual Arts South West and Young Advisory Board Member for Creative Youth Network. She has a vested interest in access and inclusivity in the creative sector, and this informs many of her professional goals.
