Cause4 named one of the UK’s Hyper Growth Businesses

Cause4, has been recognised as a ‘Hyper Growth’ SME according to a report by mentoring programme, GrowthAccelerator.

The report, which selected the 25 businesses from 500 submissions, identified a breed of rapidly expanding businesses that achieved over and above a 20 percent rise in turnover or headcount in just one year. Together these companies have generated £41.9 million in GVA (Gross Value Added) and created 571 jobs.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are vital to growth and job-creation within the UK economy, but their potential is constrained by a lack of support in terms of finance, marketing, operations and the sourcing of talented people.

Cause4 named as hyper-growth company

The commonly accepted definition of high growth is:
"a business which achieves annual growth rates in turnover or number of employees of over 20% for three consecutive years"

The Hyper Growth Study investigated 25 businesses that have achieved this scale of growth within just a single year. Cause4 has been named as one of the top 25 hyper-growth companies.
