Last month, the Trustee Leadership Programme celebrated 10 years of delivering governance training across the country. We're delighted to present our Impact Report for 2023, which documents our progress and achievements so far.

As you know, Cause4 was founded to support charities to achieve more and better. But the mission to achieve more and better isn't just a part of our outward work, it's important for us internally, too. Our B Corp Impact Report 2023 reflects on our work and progress as one of the UK's first B Corporations.

Cause4 has been working with and for the charity sector for almost 15 years, and although there has been some progress, there remains an alarming lack of representation in charity leadership, particularly when it comes to young people in governance.
