Programmes and Development Manager

Thomas joined Cause4 in November 2023 as Programmes and Development Coordinator. Prior to this he worked for St Catharine’s College, Cambridge as External Partnerships and Outreach Officer, collaborating with schools and charities to support students thinking about and applying to higher education institutions.

 

Thomas is passionate about the charitable sector and the role of arts and cultural organisations in driving progressive societal change. His work at Cause4 spans a variety of projects and training programmes, ensuring effective communication and research for clients. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in History from the University of Cambridge and is on the Board of Trustees for Cambridge Acorn Project, an organisation aiming to address adverse childhood experiences and tackle inequality through the provision of a holistic support programme.
