Bryony Salmon

Bryony joined Cause4 in September 2024 as Programme Coordinator, with over 10 years of experience in the not-for-profit, marketing and finance sectors.

Prior to joining Cause4, she held such roles as Marketing Manager at Fair Trader, where she led a restructure of the social media and marketing strategy, encouraging and nurturing engagement from the vibrant local community.

As well as a rich background in project management, communications and operational support, she recently achieved a First Class honours degree in Psychology from The University of Huddersfield.

Bryony is passionate about sustainability and community development, having co-founded a zero-waste business in 2018.

Her innovative and inclusive approach to work aligns with Cause4’s mission to provoke change and drive growth in the charity sector, and she is thrilled to be able to contribute her efforts and skills to an organisation that is doing truly good work.
