Lucy Grehan-Bradley

Lucy joined Cause4 in March 2025 as Programme Marketing Coordinator, with over 5 years of experience in the marketing and arts management sectors. 

Prior to joining Cause4, Lucy moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2023 on a soccer (football!) scholarship to complete her MBA with a concentration in Sport, Arts and Entertainment Management. Throughout her degree, she interned with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Pittsburgh Opera in the Operations, Marketing and Development departments. In December 2024, Lucy graduated top of the cohort with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma society for the highest performing student athletes in the country. 

Before moving to the US, Lucy worked as the Marketing Officer and Social Media Manager at St Peter’s School in York, the fourth oldest school in the world! Lucy obtained her undergraduate degree in Music from the University of York, graduating as student orator, the year before. 

Lucy is an established musician and a keen pianist, cellist and vocalist. She believes so strongly in accessibility to the arts and it has always been at the root of everything she has done in her career and hopes to continue to pursue with Cause4. Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the arts and culture sector, as well as in the marketing world, so we are excited to see how she will contribute and grow within the team.
